ELECTRO MUSCLE STIMULATION TRAINING

With "Tony The Trainer" 

You can maximally contract a muscle, at best, only 30% of all your fibers are in state of contraction. With EMS Training you can stimulate 95% of Muscle Fibers to either lose weight or gain muscle. It is also great to improve strength. 2 or 3 workouts a week at 20 minutes per session is all you need to help you achieve your Fitness Goals.

ELECTRO MUSCLE STIMULATION SUIT

EMS TRAINING

You will put on the EMS Suit and target the entire body during the 20 minute session. If there are any body parts you are looking to hit harder such as Abs, Legs, Butt what ever it may be we can Emphasize those muscles.

CONVENTIONAL PERSONAL TRAINING

If your looking to go the Conventional way of training. The 1 hour session will be of any of these Programs -

"Muscle Confusion Training Program"

which Shocks the body to change.


"Muscle Mass Explosion Program"

if you're looking to gain Muscle quickly. 

"Accelerated Weight Lose Program"

If you're looking to Tone Up or Shed Weight.

BODY ASSESSMENT & FIT TEST 

The first session consist of a “Body Assessment“ as well A “Fit Test“ which will be part of the workout.
